Head of the Kudzragbe Clan of the Ada Traditional Area, Nene Adela Ahaviatse Vleh II, is inviting investors to take advantage of the natural environment of the area to establish businesses.

Known in private life as Ebenezer Narh Domeh, Nene Ahaviatse Vleh II disclosed that the Kudzragbe Clan has vast tract of land for both farming and hospitality and is ready to lease to either local or foreign investors who desire to invest in Ghana.

“Our forebears have bequeathed huge stretch of land to us which we are ready to lease to investors. Besides, the Ada Traditional Area has able youth who are also hardworking and educated and so prospective investors don’t have any problem with source of labour,” he told newsmen at Ada Wem.

Nene Ahaviatse Vleh II, made the statement a day after the judicial committee of the Ada Traditional Council had struck out a motion against him at the council by a faction of the Clan challenging his legitimacy.

Nene Vleh II explained that as the new Wetsoyi of the Kudzragbes, he and the stool would invest in scholarship schemes to empower young people in the Clan to help sharpen their human resource capacities.

“Everyone depends on what they have to prosper and so if we are blessed with lands, even if we have to sell some, the proceeds would be channeled into the education of our young ones” he opined.

Nene Adele Ahaviatse Vleh II in view of this entreated all members of Kudzragbe to smoke the peace-pipe to enable him to fashion out more developmental agenda for the clan.

“I want to implore all litigating members who are in court over one case or the other to respectfully withdraw their cases home for an amicable settlement. A new dawn has arrived for the Kudzragbes, and can be better,” he appealed to all the Kudzragbes.

Asked about the opposition he is faced with, the Kudzragbe Clan Head said “My predecessor had a stiffer opposition than me when he was installed in 1984 but managed to overcome, mine is comparably nothing and i hope to surmount it soon”.

It was about an hour and half legal banter between lawyers of the two factions over whether or not the motion should be sustained, sending the three-member panel chaired by the Manklalo of the Ada Traditional Council, Nene Agudey Obitchere lll into a temporary adjournment.

On return from the recess, the panel struck out the motion citing lack of capacity on the part of motion movers.
