A letter signed by Dr. Callistus Mahama, Secretary to the President, and addressed to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, confirmed the appointments following consultations with the Council of State. The nominees will represent Ghana in strategic countries across Africa, Europe, Asia, and North America.

Kalsoume Sinare Baffoe, who is widely known for her contribution to Ghana’s film and cultural landscape, has been nominated as Ghana’s envoy to the Kingdom of Spain.
