The Ghana Police has picked persons believed to be connected to a video circulating on social media platforms threatening the lives of the president, John Dramani Mahama and the First Lady, Laudina Mahama.
The two, Prince Ofori and Yayra Abiwa, are currently in police custody assisting investigation while efforts are being made to get others who are also perceived to be part of the said video.
The purported video which threatens the family of the president has been making rounds on the socials, prompting the police to wade into the development leading to the arrest of the duo.
The unfortunate video surfaced just about 24 hours after the presidency released a statement directing all prophets to channel their prophecies through a designated quarters for the necessary actions.
