The Member of Parliament for Afadzato South Constituency, Hon. Frank Afriye, has undertaken a surprise inspection of key development projects across the constituency as part of efforts to assess progress, ensure quality delivery, and guarantee value for money.
The inspection covered several critical infrastructure projects aimed at improving education, healthcare, and public service delivery within the constituency.

Among the facilities visited was the renovation and expansion of a three-unit classroom block at Have Sadzikofe, designed to enhance teaching and learning conditions for pupils in the area. The MP also inspected the construction of a Community-based Health Planning and Services (CHPS) compound at Tafi Agome, a project expected to significantly improve access to primary healthcare for residents.
Other projects inspected included the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) District Office at Ve Golokuati and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) District Office at Golokuati, which has reached its final stage and is ready for commissioning.

During the tour, Hon. Frank Afriye expressed satisfaction with the level of work done so far and commended the institutions whose support has made the projects possible. He specifically thanked Professor Nana Ama Browne Klutse, Chief Executive Officer of the Environmental Protection Agency, and Dr. Victor Asare Bampoe, Chief Executive Officer of the National Health Insurance Authority, for their commitment to strengthening service delivery at the district level.
The MP also acknowledged H.E. John Dramani Mahama for his visionary leadership and dedication to deepening decentralised public service delivery, describing the projects as clear reflections of a governance approach focused on bringing essential services closer to the people.

Reaffirming his commitment to accountability, Hon. Frank Afriye stated that he would continue to regularly monitor development projects across Afadzato South to ensure timely completion, high standards, and maximum benefit to constituents.
According to him, sustained oversight remains critical to translating public investments into meaningful improvements in the lives of the people.
