The Tema Development Company Limited (TDC), has realised a whooping One Million Cedis in three months of enhanced operations.

The stellar achievement which hitherto was hard to accomplish owes to the operationalisation of the 24-hour premium and prestige services, aimed at enhancing efficiency, accessibility and ultimately clients satisfaction. The improved services which also include a 24-hour call centre and courier services culminates in highly positive feedback from clients across the globe, projecting a remarkable prospect for the company under the new leadership.

The Managing Director for TDC, Courage Makafui Nunekpeku, at apress engagement in Tema, to bring the public up to speed on the enhanced operations disclosed that, the company has achieved its target of One Million Cedis within three months of launching the premium and prestige services. The feat, he noted is just a starting point to the elevated trajectory the company assumes in the next few years under his leadership.

Over two hundred applications according to him were processed for the premium service alone, with transactions such as search applications, lease, certified true copies, transfers and consent to mortgage documentations have been processed for both the premium and prestige services over the period. “These were processes that would have taken our clients a longer time to receive but because of the introduction of the VIP services, you walk in and within 24 hours or three days depending on the particular service, your document is ready to pick up or delivered by courier service” the TDC MD stated.

With three shifts running, TDC now operates on weekends with front desk personnel available on holidays making the company globally accessible 24/7 where prospective clients in overseas can access information at anytime without delays or having to let someone in Ghana enquire for them in person. “Since the rollout of this extended services, we have received several calls on general enquiries, complaints, marketing, estates and others. Calls from America, Europe and Asia countries such as China, trying to find out the applications and services TDC runs” he revealed.

With the new leadership TDC has made some significant changes across board including its office premises and streamlined operations which have received commendations from the public. The giant strides being made include expansion of its scope to other regions, retrieving state land sold illegally to individual entities and providing the real affordable housing for the generality of Ghanaians.
